Deleting Files

There are two ways to delete a file from file manager:

1. Click on delete icon available for individual layers
2. Select a layer from the list -> Click on Delete button within the properties window -> Click on "Delete" button in delete confirmation popup.

All these actions will permanently delete the files from the database.

This step-by-step guide is for the first way to delete a file

1. Click on delete icon available for individual layers)

Within file manager, select the file you want to delete and click on the delete button.

2. User will get a warning before deleting the file.

Select delete if you are sure.

3. User will get a notification that the file has been successfully deleted.

4. This step-by-step guide is for the second way to delete a file (Select a layer from the list -> Click on Delete button within the properties window -> Click on "Delete" button in delete confirmation popup.)

Within file manager, select your file that you want to delete.

5. Click on delete in the bottom part of the properties window.

6. User will get a warning before deleting the file.

Select delete if you are sure.

7. User will get a notification that the file has been successfully deleted.
